Second Rice Festival to be held in Soc Trang
The event is scheduled to open at the Exhibition and Culture 
Centre in Soc Trang province on November 8, 2011.

The festival themed Vietnamese rice in the integration process will include a wide range of activities to promote the history of the wet rice civilization and agricultural tools to domestic and foreign friends.
Creative farmers and outstanding export businesses will also be honoured on this occasion.
