We had the most amazing holiday

Dear Mr David Luong, I hope to find you well. I am so sorry I have not answered your email earlier. I have been so busy trying to catch up with work after been on holiday. We had the most amazing holiday in your country and wish to come back some day. Our experience with you from making our booking to being dropped off at our hotel at the end of the trip, was 5 star. From the guide to the boat and staff to the food and service, I cannot fault. Even the locals in Hanoi assured us that using the Dragon Pearl was the best.
