Yes, we are now back home from our Ho Chi Minh City tour. Thank you. It has been an enjoyable and a safe holiday with the tour guide and car arranged by your company. The arrangement is prefect from the day we arrived at the airport on 15/9/11 until the tour finished, and in particular, during the Mekong River tour with a horse cart and boats were booked for us, all facilities were well arranged at the right time to ensure we have no delays or problems at all. We felt very safe because we know we have the backing of a well organised tour company with a professional team including members like yourself.

The tour guide is an articulate English speaker. He is a reliable and confident young man - we were glad we have been allocated an experienced and knowedgeable tour guide.

The transport proved to us (a private car) is comfortable and the car driver is a nice, quiet, patient and friendly person. The transport company you contracted to provide the car and driver to us is very reliable. On the day of departure we were picked up by another driver from the hotel but he is also very efficient - he ensured we reached the HCMC airport well in time for our flight home.

Our hotel room is spacous, air-conditioned, and is very comfortable. The Liberty3 hotel is centrally located near tourist areas. The hotel staff in the foyer were particularly helpful. One of these young men helped us cross the road several times - when he saw us on the other side of the road he quickly walked and come to us and guided us along so we could follow him safely until we reached the hotel door. We appreciated that and we wanted to give him some money (tips) on our departure day but he was off duties that morning. We felt a bit regret that he did not do so earlier.

In summary, though, the tour was well organized. Our holiday was great, thanks to your people who served us - they are very efficient and competent people.

Based on our experience in the 5 days tour, my husband and I have no hesitant to recommend your company to other potential tourists to Vietnam.
