We consider our trip to be extremely good value for money
Hi Thuy,
Our group of five people have just returned from doing the Asia Tour Advisor “Sapa 3 day” and then the “Famous Beaches 18 day” tour.
Over the whole 22 days we cannot fault the perfect organisation by Thuy, the friendly, informative, helpful guides and drivers and the high standard of vehicles used, the wonderful breakfasts, lunches (banquets) and the evening meals provided. We decided to use the three star + hotels and were very happy with the hotels selected.
We totally enjoyed Vietnam for a holiday and can see its popularity growing in the future
We consider our trip to be extremely good value for money and would recommend Asia Tour Advisor to all
Thanks for everything

HI David,
The trip to Halong Bay was the best thing we did in the holiday. The boat was great – no problems with the room or the facilities and we got an upgrade to the suite at the back of the boat which was fantastic. The a/c was much appreciated!
The meals were really brilliant so you have a good chef and you should stick to what you do.
I loved your tour guide and we got to know him well and really thought he was excellent taking us through the caves, kayaking and the floating village.
I would thoroughly recommend your junk boat trip (Bai Tu Long) and your Vietnam Trip Advisor to anyone looking for a visit to Halong Bay
Thanks
Liz

Hello Julia,
We have been back in Australia since the end of July and the weather here is not like Vietnam. It is very cold and very wet.
Our holiday to Vietnam was truly fantastic. For my fiance, Long, going to Vietnam meant seeing his family again. He was used to the sights of Can Tho. I have never been to Vietnam, nor had any of the rest of our party. But whether going home to visit family or visiting some where new and foreign; we all found our trip happily memorable.
Thanks to your help the most memorable part of our holiday was our 3 day & 2 night trip on the Jasmine Cruise Junk Boat.
The staff were amazing -making sure that we were all happy. They even brought a cot over to the day boat for our beach excursion so that my daughter would have some where to sleep while cruising to the beach. Even though some of the meals were seafood only, they brought alternative food for each member who did not like seafood. The scenery was breathtaking and the day trip to the water village and also the beach were unbelievable. The canoeing was great - even my 2 1/2 year old daughter came. The caves were magnificent and well worth the climb up the stairs. A warm welcome, cold flannels and/or biscuits awaiting us when we came back made us feel special. The accommodation was extremely nice. My friends and family stayed in deluxe rooms which were really nice. People choosing to sail on any junk must keep in mind that there is minimal space and to bring only 1 suitcase. This was no problem though. Long and I stayed in the suite and we managed to fit 3 suitcases around the room. The view from the spa was as good as the view from our bed. I would recommend the suite to anyone. There was a pack of post cards in our rooms that were complimentary and when I asked if I could buy a folder that was also in the room, they said I could take that as a gift also. The only disappointing thing for us was that they did not open the sails up. We really did not want to leave and were already dreaming of the next time we could come back.
To top off such a wonderful cruise we spent a night in the Novotel hotel. We would have loved to stay there longer. We had chosen The Halong bay part of our trip to be a bit more luxurious and it was very enjoyable. Of course things like food, bar and laundry are more expensive but that is to be expected when you stay at a place of this standard. It was well worth the extremely comfortable and spacious rooms. 1 night just was not enough time.
For me the weather was very hot and more humid than I have ever experienced. My daughter had wet, sweaty hair the entire time. But by the end of the trip we had become accustomed to it. The whole trip was very noisy. Day and night building construction is happening (Hanoi) or cars were beeping and the rubbish every where was not what I was used to. But the natural, architectural, historical and religious beauty was absolutely breathtaking. We had three and a half weeks and it just was not enough. We visited Can tho, Saigon, Hanoi, Hue and Halong Bay in 23 days and it was very busy and my daughter was very exhausted. (she did amazingly, I must say). The other highlight was spending 10 days with family in can tho and with family a couple of hours by fast boat down the Mekong river. It was a truly cultural experience and I absolutely loved my fiances family.
All and all, I will not forget my trip to Vietnam with your Asia Tour Advisor. I loved it and cannot wait to go again.
Thank you so much for giving us such wonderful help with organizing Halong Bay. You definitely made Halong bay the most stress free part of our holiday. You were more than considerate to any information that got confused and did every thing in your power to make our trip to Halong bay perfect. Next time we will book every part of our holiday with you.
We cannot thank you enough for every thing.
Nicole, family and friends.

Dear Trinh,
We enjoyed all our activities in Vietnam and particularly liked the day trip to the Mekong from Saigon.
Here we are in photo with our Elephant Ear Fish. (L to R - Dan, Michele, Candy, David). The second picture is Michelle and I wearing our Pashmina's at the Rex Hotel. Thank you again for this lovely gift.
We were very happy with all the arrangements of your company Asia Tour Advisor and particularly appreciated the follow up call from our Guide to make sure all was well as Dave & I began the Cambodian sector of our trip.
Our pick up and payment with Mr Minh was exciting as we began our adventure. Halong Bay left us thinking we could have stayed there longer - we are sure everyone feels this way. A very relaxing time, it was a good way to begin. It was the only time we shared transport. We liked having the space of the whole bus the rest of the time. The trip to Hanoi and Hoi An were very interesting. The country side very beautiful. We appreciated that all our flight connections were confirmed by you (even though we did not know to expect that).
We know that the shortness of our trip meant that our time was full, but everything that we did was enjoyable and we thank you for your care in organisation.
I will send two other emails with some comments and photos.
We were all quite well during the trip. I was unwell for 24 hours on return to Singapore but that would be fairly usual for travel and just unlucky. Mr Cheetra advised us to use our mozzie repellent in the evening in Siem Reap at the beginning of the monsoon and with afternoon rain. This was good advice. We found the humidity easy to manage carrying a water bottle and our own small towels to wet and cool down. We would be very happy to recommend your service.

Hi David,
Yes, I’m very happy to tell you that the trip did meet our expectations and more. Everything was as promised in the trip itinerary, and the food was wonderful. If given the opportunity, we will definitely come back for another trip, and we will also definitely refer our friends to Asia Tour Advisor if they are interested.
Thanks

Dear Thanh Xuan,
You asked for our comments about the Hai Tu Long junk tour. It was very good. We have no complaints, and the tour went perfectly. We enjoyed having a boat that was medium sized. Many of the others were quite large, and we would not have enjoyed it as much. We go to know our 12 travel companions very well. There was enough room for us to interact with each other, and also enough to have our own space. Our room was small, but it was the size we expect for a boat this size, and it was a nice room. The food was wonderful. Beverages were reasonably priced. Our crew and guide were attentive and nice.
I am glad we picked this tour. It was a bargain for this price. Paying more money probably would not have given us anything more that we might have wanted. I can live without tai chi in the morning.
I would recommend your Asia Tour Advisor to anyone. Especially, I did appreciate the special promotion price you gave us.
Thanks for your assistance,

Hi David,
This trip was very much up to my expectation. Our whole journey with your company Asia Tour Advisor was very memorable.
The only disappointment in our trip is the dinner on board. We were expecting a good seafood dinner which is buffet style and it turns out to be just an ordinary 5 course dinner.
I would definitely recommend to my friends on taking this wonderful trip with you.
Thanks again for your kind assistance and great service.
Yours sincerely,
JC Fang

Our Guide in Phnom Phen 'Lien' was very interesting and organised. We managed to do so much in an afternoon tour of the city which we thought to be very good. We finished the tour just as everything was closing and with no time to visit the markets, Lien organised that we should see some local 'delicacies' which interested us a lot because it was something we would never see where we live.
Our thanks to Lien.

Hi Asia Tour Advisor,
I just wanted to thank you for a great holiday. Everything went so smoothly. All the hotels were great and the Prince Junk was unbelievable. We felt like royalty being waited on by the terrific crew. All my friends really enjoyed themselves and we added to your country’s economy by spending lots of money on clothes and shoes. Once again thank you so much for making our holiday so unforgettable. We will be back. All the best for the future and your upcoming birth. With thanks, Lesley

Hi Than Xuan,
We've made it back to Singapore now after a really enjoyable holiday in Vietnam - we thought we got to see a good variety of life in the country - Hanoi, Sapa and Halong Bay all of which were beautiful in their own way.
Many thanks, everything looks fine.
Your company - you! - provide excellent service. thanks especially for sending the young man to take me to the train station - right to my berth. It's things like that that make such a difference.
We made sure to recommend your care and your company Asia Tour Advisor to everyone.
