Sorry for not able to write to you earlier as I was tied up with my works.

Hi Julia,

These are our pictures on Halong Bay on Christmas day, we thank you, from me and my husband Jojo together with our friends Nick and Juliet, for organizing our trip on your famous Unesco World Heritage site Halong Bay.  We are so lucky that it was not foggy, and we can see halong bay's dragon like limestones in a clear view. "Tien", our english speaking guide was so helpful and cheerful. Please extend our thanks to him, for making our trip so memorable.

Thank you for your comment regarding our fansipan adventure. Your mountain is so beautiful, with friendly guides and porter what more can we ask for. We like climbing mountains, we had climbed most of our mountains here in the Philippines, including the 3 highest. We had also climbed Mt Kinabalu in Malaysia 5 years ago.

Regarding your food, you vietnamese really love your fruits and vegetables, and baguettes and cheese so much. Thats why most of Vietnamese weve seen are so slim and not fat.

Hope we can meet each other again, I would love knowing you more. If someday you can come here in the Philippines that would be nice, i can guide you in our most beautiful places here. Someday...I will be commenting one of these days on your forum, please provide me the link on your site.

Enjoy are pictures.

Dear Mr David Luong,

Sorry for not able to write to you earlier as I was tied up with my works.

Thank for organizing our holidays in Vietnam. We would rate it is one of the best and enjoyable tours we had.

You had provided us excellent and professional services. The most unforgettable service was arranging a representative to meet at the door step of our train cabin upon arriving at Hanoi in dawn. Without such arrangement we would be disorientated and lost as there were 2 train-loads of passengers with luggage in tow alighting on the same so-called platform (which was poorly lighted and unlevelled) with porters and motorcyclists trying whizzed pass us and, to make matter worse, an oncoming train. Once outside the station, there were heavy traffic of humans and vehicles. It was chaotic.
Your telephone calls and visits were very assuring and made us comfortable during our stay in your country.

If I say that the tour is flawless, I am lying. There were moments of irritations, uncertainties and frustrations  like, at Lao Cai, the representative did not brief us that:-

1.         we were be using public mini-bus to Sapa town. We only discover it when the driver went in circles trying to pick up more passengers.

2.         he was not coming with us nor did he tell us that he had arranged with driver for us to alight at the office of Vietnam Travel Mate (if I recall the name correctly). We only realized that the representative was not in the mini-bus after a male passenger sitting next to the driver alighted at the entrance of Sapa Town. Fortunately, the driver’s assistance was helpful.

In any event, the good times we had outweighed the minor irritations, uncertainties and frustrations.

The hotels you had booked for us were good and centrally located and the tour guides had also done very excellent jobs.

We must also compliment your 2 gentlemen who drove up to Lao Cai safely. During the 8-hour journey, they had demonstrated their carefully and safe driving skills. They were also friendly and concerned about our comfort and safety. Also not forgetting, the tour guide who tried his best in getting alternative transportation when the train left without us.

Thanks again for making our holiday a memorable one. We will not hesitate to recommend our friends or in facts anyone whom we know, to use your services if they intend to visit Vietnam. We rate your service 9.5 / 10.

Lastly, we wish you and all your colleagues and associates a Merry Christmas & Joyous (not forgetting prosperous) New Year ahead.

Regards

Dear Mr. Tony Ha,

Hope all well in Hanoi.

Just wanted to send thank you email for all your assistance to make our Vietnam trip very smooth. We both really happy with our experience and programs, hotels.

Just small input which hopefully will help the trip even better in the future.

1. Its about the hotel in Hoi An, which stated as 4 stars, but we found the bed are really hard and unpleasant.
Also we had hard pillow, which later one they gave us 2 new pillow, so not a problem.
Maybe best to stay in smaller hotel, but with really comfortable bed.

2. Regarding the meal, this is not a complain..;-)
We found the food provided way too much, most of the time we could not finished.
We just find it too bad if the food were thrown away, maybe little less for 2 pax.

Hope we could join your trip again in the future.

Wishing you and all the staff great 2010.

Kind regards,
Dwi Sawitri

Thanh

We seem to have some problems with our email address however I am sure this one will continue to work.

Firstly we would like to thank you for the wonderful holiday you provided for us in Vietnam!  The trip you designed met our needs perfectly and was very well priced.

We enjoyed Sapa and the trekking.
We enjoyed Hoi Ann, Na Trang and Ho Chi Min City.

Congratulations to all our guides on their English and local knowledge they were wonderful.

If we had to do the trip again I would not do the long last day in Ho Chi Min City as it involved many miles and at the end of our wonderful holiday we were a bit tired. This is probably the only thing that we would do differently.

Again thank you for a wonderful trip and be assured we are recommending to our freiends that they talk to you.

Cheers

Rob & Michelle.

Thank you ; I have to say you have been the most impressive company to contact me and respond so quickly. I cannot afford to pay this so will have to this time go with a group.  However when I get my own group of people together for future trips, then I will definitely contact you.  Thanks again.

First of all, thank you for organizing a fantastic trip.  We really appreciate it; and hope we can do it again some time soon.

Anyhow, I would like to pass on your contact information to my colleagues in case they are interested in touring Vietnam in general and touring Halong Bay in particular.  Please don't be surprised if you receive some inquiries from them at all.

Once again, in all my sincerity, thank you!

Hi Xuan,

We are very much enjoying our very well arranged trip here in Vietnam.
Thank for the good organisation!
Hue was very nice and we had some rest here in Hoi An. We fly this afternoon to HCNC. For the day after tomorrow we need a transfer from our hotel in HCMC (majestic hotel) to Phan Thiet. We would like to leave the hotel around noon 12am. In Phan Thiet we stay in the Victoria Phan Thiet resort.

Kind regards,
Caroline

Dear Ms Thanh Xuan,

Thank you for your e-mail. Melanie and I had a lovely time on the trip in Ha Long Bay on the Lagoon explorer. We felt that the trip was very well organised, the boat on the whole was very comfortable with good food and amenities, the staff and guide were very nice and helpful and, above all, the scenery was spectacular. The only 2 hiccoughs were that the noise of the engine was quite load in our rooms, which slightly disturbed Melanie’s sleep, and secondly we were unimpressed with the exchange rate that was demanded when it came time to pay. The second of these was sorted out whilst we were on board though.

Thank you very much.

Yours, etc.

Hi Mr Toni,

Happy new year! i just got back to work, so now i dedicate myself to answering all the new emails thats in my inbox! =D

Regarding the tour, overall we are very satisfied with it, we had lots of fun, especially in Ha Long Bay, and regretting not spending more time in Ho chi minh city.
The hotels are nice, i just hoped next time we can get to the 5 stars one!

The only main problem we have is the food. Perhaps you have heard this from Dien. The first day was very difficult getting vegetarian food that is suitable. In Hue however, the vegetarian food is easy and tasty, so definitely love the food in Hue. In Saigon, it is not too bad as well, the restaurants we were taken to cooked us a very good vegetarian meal. Thank you!

Overall it is great Toni, we had lots of fun, next time i would surely recommend your service to other friends.
Please convey my thanks to your team.

Regards

Hello,

Thank you for your email.  We did very much enjoy our trip to the Mekong.  It was a great experience. I only have two improvement suggestions I would make:

1) Your ad states that the bikes we would use would be good to higher end bikes.  This was certainly not the case. The bikes were very old.

2) The ad stated that we would bike for 2 days.  We only actually biked on the first day.

Our guide was very good.

Thank you,
